WH Hostess sells exclusive party goods, designed by our owner, Kelly Lyden. All designs are copyrighted by WH Hostess and can not be duplicated or altered. Here are some answers to frequently asked questions:


Are you able to provide me with a digital proof of my invitation?
Unfortunately due to past copyright issues with clients, we no longer offer proofs except for custom designs. Please be very careful with your wording and spelling in your order, as we try to copy and paste your desired text to remove any possible issues.


Is Kelly available for custom orders?
Yes! Kelly is available to custom design your party. You can view our custom options here. The typical turnaround is 2-3 weeks for custom designs, so please plan accordingly. If you have any specific questions on theme options or timing, please contact Kelly prior to making your purchase at kelly@whhostess.com.


Why is your fabric so expensive?
Our fabric is custom printed to each individual order with our patterns, so small quantities equate to a bigger price tag. Fabric ships directly from the manufacturer and will take 2-3 weeks for delivery.


What is your standard delivery time?
Our standard delivery time is 2 weeks. Express shipping is available and is typically less than 1 week, however if you need something faster it is best to e-mail an inquiry first to kelly@whhostess.com.


What is your return policy?
If there is an issue with your order, please let us know as soon as possible so we can try to help resolve the problem. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.


What methods of payment do you accept?

We currently accept payments via PayPal or the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and Discover. We do not currently accept American Express, however you can use it if you process your order thru PayPal.


Will my order be charged sales tax?
Orders shipped within the state of Illinois will be charged 10.25% sales tax.
