Kelly Lyden of The Party Dress blog, started WH Hostess Social Stationery in March 2009. Known for designing stationery and entertaining products for the modern hostess, we aim to help you create a stylish party using creative elements. Our colorful patterns, touch of preppy pizzazz, and impeccable quality set our product apart from others. From modern birth announcements, to holiday photo cards, to party invitations, gifts and everyday stationery, WH Hostess translates modern, fresh designs onto paper. Our growing popularity comes in part due to our creative children's birthday party collections. Our classic approach to designing parties around a character or icon, such as a little blue car, a train or bumble bee look fresh when combined with modern, geometric patterns, and trendy color palettes. Our goal is to ensure our designs appeal both to the child and the adult's design aesthetic.
Our parties start with an invitation design, and can inspire an entire party. Decorations (such as banners, centerpiece sticks, and food table accessories), party favor packaging, and accessories (such as stickers, custom fabric and melamine plates) complete the full package....everything you need to host a stylized birthday party! Our work has been featured in InStyle Magazine, on Martha Stewart, HGTV.com, Hostess with the Mostess, Amy Atlas and countless party blogs.
